Pascual Meyer has wide-ranging experience in Texas State and Federal Court practice. Mr. Meyer’s Plaintiff and Defense practice has ranged from complex civil and commercial litigation — including contracts, securities fraud, corporate and investment fraud and other business matters — to employment discrimination, theft of trade secrets, internet and privacy litigation, class actions, and international dispute resolution.

Mr. Meyer’s litigation experience includes taking and defending hundreds of depositions, drafting and responding to dispositive motions, drafting and arguing numerous motions and temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions, drafting and responding to discovery, organizing document productions into electronic format, and closely working with witnesses for trial and deposition.

In addition, Mr. Meyer has extensive experience in transactional matters including public and private corporation management, compliance and governance as well as the negotiation and drafting of investment documents and company purchase, operating, franchise, and employment agreements.

Nick Oberheiden is the Managing Partner at the Oberheiden Law Group PLLC, where he provides distinct legal services to a select group of individuals and corporations. His practice area is limited to New York, multistate, and international divorces. Routinely, Dr. Oberheiden advises clients on complex family issues that require national or international expertise.

His international education and profound familiarity with complex legal issues position Dr. Oberheiden especially well to also advise on federal and international divorce questions. Dr. Oberheiden graduated prestigious law schools in the United States (UCLA School of Law, Juris Doctor), Germany (Hamburg, Munich, and Heidelberg Law Schools, Juris Doctor equivalent) and holds a Ph.D. in international law. Dr. Oberheiden is trained by Harvard Law School in Mediation and Negotiation and fluent in English, French, German, and Portuguese.
